Cleaner Job Position
We are currently seeking a cleaner to join our team who will be working under the direction of the Superintendent and the Property Manager to oversee the cleanliness of a multi-family residential building in Downtown Toronto.
Salary: $20/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM. Plus every 4thweekend (4hr Saturday + 4hr Sunday)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming of all common areas.
Common areas include: Lobby, Laundry Room, Hallways, Elevators, Stairwells, Garbage Chute rooms.
- Preparing vacant units: Removing garbage, sweeping mopping, cleaning surfaces in all rooms, Cleaning all appliances.
- Removal of large industrial bins from compactor rooms and transport them to designated pickup area.
REQUIREMENTS
· Fluent English a must
· High school education.
· 2+ years of cleaning experience.
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
· Physically fit and healthy. This is job is physically demanding.
