Responsible of assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans. Including but not limited to the following: Ensure all materials and finished goods are subject to satisfactory quality control. To implement and ensure all QC process flow are well-maintained and effective. To follow up on all CPAR raised and ensure the effectiveness of CPAR. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive measurements to ensure the quality of products. Investigate and report quality issues and customer complaints. Conduct an in-process audit to ensure meeting the process compliance. Conduct supplier audits at the supplier plant to ensure the quality of work of the supplier. To perform any other tasks as and when required by the management from time to time. KEY REQUIREMENTS Strong analytical skill Minimum 3 years experience in QA/AC work Possess good leadership and communication skills Able to read and analyze technical aspects of electrical/mechanical drawings Minimum Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent level Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 requirement Knowledge of calibration systems and MSA studies Knowledge of FMEA and SPC will be an added advantage
