Growth Specialist [Nigeria]

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the organic growth of a travel website. As the salesperson for the website, you will be tasked with:

  • Devising and executing growth strategies
  • Tracking KPIs related to growth; will have engineering support for reporting
  • Contributing to marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Meeting monthly targets

Qualifications

  • Sales experience (Digital preferred)
  • Google Ads; Facebook Ads; Tiktok Ads, and other platforms a plus
  • Creative problem solving
  • Good Documentation skills
  • Travel industry experience is a plus

The salary range is NGN 600,000 - 1,500,000 per year based on experience level and bonuses.
