Licensing - Company license, permit/certificate for business operation/ General Insurance policy (Motor/Fire/Burglary/Public Liability/PA/H&S & etc), Quit rent & Assessment.
Utilities-SAJ/TNB/TM/Indah Water & etc) prepare monthly expenses report.
General Office equipment service Knowledge of handle Trademark for company logo.
Security management.
Company car management.
Review, draft and advise the management on legal implications of contracts, agreements, correspondences, on-going litigation, internal policies and manage external lawyers.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder
Atleast 3 year(s) of working experience working in managerial skills
Managing & problem-solving skill
Preferred language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/supplier/vendor

Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
