 General Affairs- Plan, budget, renovation, identify requirements for office furniture, equipment, facility & amenities for employees, purchase of the equipment and general furniture.

 Licensing - Company license, permit/certificate for business operation/ General Insurance policy (Motor/Fire/Burglary/Public Liability/PA/H&S & etc), Quit rent & Assessment.

 Utilities-SAJ/TNB/TM/Indah Water & etc) prepare monthly expenses report.

 General Office equipment service  Knowledge of handle Trademark for company logo.

 Security management.

 Company car management.

 Review, draft and advise the management on legal implications of contracts, agreements, correspondences, on-going litigation, internal policies and manage external lawyers.

Requirements:

 Diploma/Degree holder

 Atleast 3 year(s) of working experience working in managerial skills

 Managing & problem-solving skill

 Preferred language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin

 Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/supplier/vendor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
