What you'll do
As the R&D Director at Incredibuild, you will lead a development group of our main acceleration product, take a major part of developing new future products and reaching new markets. Making a real impact on the company KPIs and business goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the group, shaping the direction of Incredibuild's product portfolio.
- Strategically plan, design, and oversee the implementation of Incredibuild's upcoming products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry trends.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
What You'll Need
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a software developer, with a proven track record of innovation and technical leadership.
- Industry experience from Networking, Cyber security and Development tools companies.
- Managerial experience of at least 7 years, out of them – at least 3 years as a director / group manager, including managing team leaders / managers.
- Solid background familiarity with modern C++, with a history of delivering high-quality, performant software solutions.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of system programming (Linux / Windows)
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent
- A people person with leadership skills, positive energies, and excellent interface management skills
- Execution driven with a can-do approach, and ability to engage and motivate team towards a successful delivery.
- Motivation for utilizing and implementing AI tools in the development process to enhance development speed and product quality
