Sales Account Manager [Saudi Arabia]


 

Job Overview: The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing long-term relationships with merchants/clients. This includes generating new sales, managing existing accounts, and providing excellent client service and analysis. Identify and acquire new merchants to expand the company's client base and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of accounts: This includes identifying and qualifying new prospects, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

· Generate new sales: This includes identifying new opportunities, developing, and executing sales strategies, and closing deals.

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed acquisition targets and drive business objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each merchant and ensure seamless onboarding.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for market penetration.

· Provide exceptional client service and support to new merchants during the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth transition into the company's ecosystem.

· Managing existing accounts: This includes ensuring that merchants / clients are satisfied with our products and services, upselling and cross-selling, and resolving any issues that may arise.

· Track and analyze sales performance: This includes tracking sales metrics, identifying trends, and reporting to management on sales performance.

· Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales performance, forecast trends, and implement improvements in the acquisition process.
