About the position
As our partime employee, you'll be tackling exciting and complex tasks, leveraging big data and cutting-edge technologies. We focus on building internal solutions that drive efficiency and enable digital transformation. Possible tasks will be further development of:
- Telenor's system for receiving and automatically handling reports from external parties consisting of Python and Perl scripts.
- API written in Python for integration between Telenor's systems and frontend cloud solution for handling reports.
- Tools for compiling data for use by analysts and response to incidents
If you can give a thumbs up to these questions you should apply!
Do you have (preferably) bachelor or master education in IT or Computer Science?
Have you experience with Linux as operational system?
Do you have knowledge with some or many of our systems: Git, Python, API, FastAPI, REST, Gitlab (CI/CD), SQLite or/and Perl?
Do you have experience with automation in Linux or/and Windows?
Are you brave enough to ask questions and challenge us when you think we think in old patterns? Are you ready to take on a role in a department that seeks to work insight-driven and agile?
Are you curious and like to find out things on your own? Do you want to own your own solutions from start to finish (from prototyping, testing hypotheses to deployments and debugging)? This is a part-time (20%) position with potential to be full-time employment.
